Payments will be made to the Tor Project, which has graciously offered to process the conference fees on our behalf. Currently, the Tor Project can only accept payment via Paypal. If you have difficulty registering or processing your payment, please contact our general chair, Adam Shostack, at .

All attendees must register for the symposium. For a paper to be published in the symposium proceedings and be scheduled for presentation, at least one author must register and pay the appropriate fees. All fees quoted are in USD.
