Info for remote presenters

If you are presenting remotely, please read the following carefully to ensure everything runs smoothly during your session. These instructions have also been sent by email.

  1. Register for Your Webinar Room
    Please register for the Zoom webinar room (A, B, C, or D) corresponding to your session.
    We must approve your registration in advance in order for you to receive the Zoom link.
  2. Join Early
    Join your session at least 15 minutes before it begins. You will first enter as an attendee. We will then promote you to a panelist before the session starts.
    As a panelist, you'll be able to share your audio and video during the live Q&A.
  3. During Your Session
    Keep track of where we are in the session. After your video presentation is played, please unmute yourself and turn on your camera.
    We will spotlight you for visibility in the room, and your Q&A will begin—lasting approximately 3–5 minutes.

Important:
If you are not present in the webinar before your session or talk begins, we that we will be able to promote you in time for the Q&A.
