College De Valk (X in map) is situated at the heart of Leuven. Talks will be given in the auditorium Zeger Van Hee, while the coffee breaks take place in the front hall. Normally wireless internet connection will be available to participants.Reception
On Tuesday, July 22nd, a reception to welcome the PETS and WOTE participants will be held at the University Hall 'Jubileumzaal' (A in map), Naamsestraat 22, walking distance from all hotels.
Lunches
Lunches for conference participants will be served at Salons Georges (E in map), three minutes walking from the venue.
Conference dinner
The PETS and WOTE 2008 conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, July 23rd, at the Faculty Club (B in map), located in the historical Grand Beguinage (Groot Begijnhof), about 15 minutes walking from the venue.
