Visiting Ottawa
Parking Information
For workshop attendees who will have a vehicle during their time in
Ottawa, there are three options available with regard to parking:
- All the listed accommodations are within comfortable walking
distance of the University of Ottawa campus, and so you may wish to
leave your vehicle parked where you are staying.
- The SITE Building is on the corner of King Edward Ave. and Mann
Ave. (see the bottom of this map).
There is
free parking on both these streets. Note, however, that these spaces
tend to fill up quickly, so you cannot guarantee a spot.
- From Mann Ave. (heading east from King Edward), you can turn left
to get to a parking garage (just in front of the Sports Complex), or you
can turn right to get to an open parking lot. Both of these require a
parking pass. If you will need a parking pass for the duration of the
workshop, you must contact Carlisle Adams prior to June 18 so that this
can be acquired in time for your arrival.

following hotels or hostels. This information is provided for those who
seek the company of other PET attendees, but the hotels listed below are
not otherwise endorsed or recommended. It is the attendees'
responsibility to make sure they select accomodation that suits their
needs.
