Call for Posters (PETS 2026)
We are delighted to announce the call for posters for the upcoming Privacy Enhancing Technologies Symposium (PETS) 2026.
The in-person portion of the conference will feature a dedicated poster session, making it an excellent venue for presenting new ideas, in-progress research, and late-breaking results to the PETS community. Due to space limitations, we encourage you to submit your proposal as soon as the submission is open.
Scope
We invite posters on any research relevant to PETS (please consult the Scope section of the PETS 2026 CFP). Although posters summarizing already published or accepted papers (at PETS or other venues) are welcome, we particularly encourage posters presenting new or ongoing research; these tend to spark discussions and foster collaboration.
Important Dates
- Submit Early: Due to space limitations, we encourage you to submit your proposal as soon as the submission is open. Posters will be accepted on a rolling basis until all slots are filled.
- Processing Time Visa Support Letters and Application: If you require a visa support letter from PETS, please submit early to make sure you receive the letter in time. Estimated visa processing times by the Canadian authorities can be looked up here.
- Final Poster Submission Deadline: July 10, 2026 (AoE): Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until this deadline. Accepted submissions will be posted on the PETS website. Once all available slots are filled, no additional proposals will be accepted.
- Poster Session Date: Wednesday, July 23, 2026: Please bring your printed poster—we cannot print the poster for you. We will provide poster boards and thumbtacks for presentation.
