Child care

A daytime child care option during the conference hours can be booked for free in the registration system. The childcare is provided by a local kindergarten. Additional childcare outside the conference schedule can also be provided, but is not covered through the conference childcare option. Childcare is aimed at children between the age 1 - 6.

Visa invitation letter

For a visa invitation letter, you need an accepted paper or to register first. For the letter, please provide: Full given name as it appears in passort, birth date and place, complete mailing address, telephone, email address and passport number. Contact with this information the General Chair Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi and SPW2016 local organizer Verena Giraud.

How to register

To register for the Security & Privacy Week 2016, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account in our registration system.
2. Choose "PETS Regular" or "PETS Student / Ph. D. Student" as participant status.
   
3. Select the PETS conference, with or without Security Week Pass.
   
4. Instead of booking the whole Security Week Pass, you can also select single workshops you are interested in.
   
5. If you need someone to look after your kids during the day, select the Child Care option.
   
6. Select your favorite merchandise. T-Shirts are free of charge.
   
7. Check your payment details. (If you do not have a credit card, contact us for other payment options, like bank transfer)
8. Confirm the registration.
9. To check or change your registration, you can visit our login page.
