Barcelona is a vibrant city and we are confident that you will have no problems exploring it! There are a great variety of bars, restaurants and hotspots in the city centre and at walking distance from the symposium venue.
Check out street Joaquín Costa and the Raval neighbourhood in general. You can find bars that have been there forever, like Casa Almirall or Bar Marsella, next to the trendiest coffee shops like LUKUMÁS (great for coffee and donuts in the morning!) or busy bars with live music where local bands rock it until really late!
