The registration link seamlessly accepts credit card payments, however, if you wish to pay by EFT, please contact arrangements22@petsymposium.org and we will assist you with the EFT process. We note that EFTs will require additional Billing Information and may attract additional bank fees.

Symposium and workshops include refreshments.
Due to venue capacity limitations, the cocktail evening on Monday 11 July is restricted to 130 participants. We will be prioritising full PETS tickets and early registrants for this event.

Modifications to Registration

Should you wish to modify your registration, please refer to the link in your registration confirmation email or submit your request in writing to events@mq.edu.au.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to arrangements22@petsymposium.org.
Any refund of the registration fee will be subject to the timing of your cancellation:

Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a refund. Such situations which would be considered include:

Any request for refund on the grounds of extenuating circumstances must be supported by appropriate evidence and sent to arrangements22@petsymposium.org. If accepted, refunds will generally be processed within 30 days.

Note: If this event is to be cancelled for reasons unrelated to participants, a full refund will be provided.
