Awards Reception
The Awards reception will be held after the last session on Tuesday, July 11 in the cafeteria on the ground floor of the Anthropole buildingApéritif and Gala Dinner
The Apéritif and Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday, July 12 at the Royal Savoy Hotel, Av. d'Ouchy 40, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland.
The gala dinner is included in registration. You can buy extra tickets for accompanying guests for 170 CHF per ticket during registration.
If you need a kid's meal at the gala, please contact the general chairs or local arrangements chairs by June 25. Baby chairs will be available; let us know if you need one. Meeting Room 3 is set aside for nursing. Please don't hesitate to ask staff if you need access to it.

HotPETs Ice Cream
The traditional HotPETs ice cream break will take place in the Géopolis cafeteria (the same location as lunches throughout the week).
